Position:

  • We are seeking qualified team leader to serve as its President

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the localization business models
  • Provide executive leadership for significant financial growth for localization products
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans and strategies designed to assure the growth of the Company's revenue and profit
  • Lead the Company's senior management team by providing advice and counsel on major issues facing the organization, working collectively with support managers, and understanding all aspects of the Company's business
  • Establish and maintain close customer relationships, participate in the marketing and sales process, and actively promoting the Company's capabilities and strengths
  • Optimize the level of utilization of all of the Company's assets and resources - human, physical and financial - necessary to obtain the planned return on invested capital, operating earnings, and cash flow
  • Continuously evaluating and improving the structure of the organization to meet the goals of the Corporation
  • Design and implement specific operating, marketing and financial policies, programs, and procedures and internal control systems to direct and coordinate the general policies and procedures established by the Corporation
  • Monitor and anticipate key technology and competitive trends and issues that may impact customers, their markets, and their decision-making abilities
  • Represent effectively the organization to the outside world, employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, community and other business partners

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in job offer or in managerial/executive position
