Position: Advertising + Branding Unit Manager
Advertising + Branding Unit Manager in Beijing Office, China.
We are seeking a qualified team leader to manage our Advertising + Branding businesses.
Responsibilities:
Work together with the management team to develop and execute short- and long-term Advertising + Branding business plans and strategies designed to assure the growth of the company revenue and profit.
Design and implement specific operating, marketing and
financial policies, programs, and procedures and internal control systems to
direct and coordinate the general policies and procedures established by the
Company.
Establish and optimize the service processes.
Continuously evaluating and improving the organization structure and the
performance of Advertising + Branding Unit to meet the goals of the company.
Establish and maintain close customer relationships, participate in the
marketing and sales process, and actively promote the Company's capabilities
and strengths.
Monitor and anticipate key technologies and competitive trends and issues
that may impact customers, their markets, and their decision-making
abilities.
Assist the management team to optimize the level of utilization of all of the Company's assets and resources
- human, physical and financial - necessary to obtain the planned return on invested capital, operating earnings, and cash flow.
Requirements:
University graduate with major in Advertising, Marketing, Media or
equivalent discipline.
8+ years experience in the Advertising, Branding, Marketing and Media
industries; 3+ years experience in team management; working experience in 4A
companies is a plus.
Must be analytical, with good planning and organizing abilities.
Good interpersonal & communication skill and team building skills.
Self-motivated, aggressive and able to work efficiently.
Good English skill is preferred.
