Victor Tan, CEO and President

With an impressive record of success and a solid reputation for effective leadership, Mr. Tan provides critical business direction to Real Idea. One of the company's founders, Mr. Tan served as general manager of LioNBridge Asia operations, managing branches in China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Mr. Tan was also founder and president of the R. R. Donnelley Global Language Service Asia, which later became Stream International. Prior to his tenure at Donnelly, Mr. Tan was development manager of Lotus Asia Pacific.

Michael Chu, Chairman

Mr. Chu is chairman and a founding partner of Real Idea. In addition, he is an investor and managing director of several Hong Kong-based businesses, including Fontana Leather International, Fontana Leather Mercantile Limited, and SuperClassic Investment Limited.

Yu-Sin Ng, CFO, Asia General Manager

Ms. Ng focuses on Real Idea's financial management and directs the activities of software localization and internationalization teams throughout Asia. Prior to joining Real Idea, Ms. Ng served as office manager and a project manager for LioNBridge in Beijing. Ms. Ng also oversaw administration and human resources at the Beijing office of Stream Language Solutions. She functioned as localization manager for that company and was responsible for vendor selection and project execution. During her 12-year career in software localization and internationalization, Ms. Ng has been a manager at the Beijing branch of the R. R. Donnelly Global Language Service.

Dojun Park , COO, Korea Country Manager

With Real Idea since 1997, Mr. Park manages the company's technology infrastructure. His duties include tool selection and development and business process improvement. Prior to his tenure at Real Idea, Mr. Park served as the Korea country manager for LioNBridge, Stream International, and the R. R. Donnelley Global Language Service. Earlier, Mr. Park was the localization manager of Lotus Korea and worked as senior engineer/marketing manager at Daewoo and Kong Kwan.

Eric Qu, Director, Global Client Services / Partner Alliances

Mr. Qu's duties include building Real Idea's strategic partnerships and alliances as well as selecting vendors. Mr. Qu joined Real Idea in April of 1997 as technical manager and has also served as China Country Manager. Before his career at Real Idea, Mr. Qu was a technical manager and senior project manager at LioNBridge, Stream international, and the R. R. Donnelley Global Language Service China. Mr. Qu was a senior software engineer at Legend Computer Group before entering the software localization and internationalization industry.
